A message to our valued clients and friends

Valued Clients and Friends,

I hope you, your family and your organization are doing as well as can be expected in these extraordinary times.

NECI & POND Technical continue to monitor the international and domestic spread of the COVID-19 virus, and our preparedness committee is meeting regularly to assess conditions and adapt our protocols as circumstances change. We are committed to minimizing the spread of this virus within the community; we also want to reaffirm our support for you, your company and your employees.

We have implemented policies and procedures with safeguards for the health and well-being of our employees and for those that they have contact with according to prescribed best practices from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). This includes adopting appropriate social distancing measures and limiting business air travel. Most of our personnel are working remotely; a small staff is supporting essential office functions. Our many infrastructure investments have equipped our team with the technology and training to carry out their job responsibilities as close to business as usual as possible. We are working with our partners to ensure continuity of our supply chain. The investment in our virtual infrastructure provides us with the ability to easily support geographically distributed teams.

We will be encouraging virtual meetings to the extent possible. We are requesting that any employees or visitors who have traveled within the past 14 days to those areas identified by the CDC as having sustained widespread transmission of COVID-19 or those who may have been in close contact with an infected person to refrain from visiting any of our offices. Instead, we are happy to meet by telephone or video conference.

The safety and well-being of your team and ours is of paramount importance to us, as is our ability to continue to serve you with the highest quality of service you have come to expect from us. We understand that some of our service providers and sales professionals provide essential site support for your company. Our policy allows for essential activities to continue based upon operating consistent with the WHO and CDC recommendations. We are living through unprecedented times – but be assured, our team is on duty and prepared to meet your needs.

Please take care, and don’t forget to wash your hands.

Sincerely,

Tom
